Adrian – cured from back and shoulder issues
Adrian came to see Cecilia for his back and shoulder problems, which was caused by heavy lifting required in his line of work for the last 10 years. When he first came, his right hand side of the back was swollen and sore. He couldn’t sit for a long time without the back getting sore, and he had been taking painkillers up to a point when he felt he started becoming dependent on it. He went to try other kind of therapies which helped but didn’t cure the issues in the long term. After just 1 acupuncture session, his shoulder came alright and after 2 sessions the soreness below the shoulder blade was gone. He also felt his energy level coming back to normal. He also added that at the 1st session he did not feel any pain when the needles are being applied, but after 4-5 sessions he could feel the needles going in. Cecilia explained that his nervous system was not responding well and was numb when he first came, but after a few sessions it started to function again so he could feel it when the needles went in.
